Shipping Information

At Focallure by Tyra, we offer free shipping on all orders over RM100.00. We use standard shipping methods and strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for delivery. For orders under RM100.00, a flat fee of RM8 will be charged for shipping to West Malaysia, and RM12 to East Malaysia. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our shipping policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns & Refunds

At Focallure by Tyra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer easy returns and refunds. You may return any unused or unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. If the product you received was damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
